Final Destination - RBYC 2009

I was thinking.. since Shimron actually had all the notes online on his blog... could I copy the whole thing and past it here?

Haha!

Just Kidding! Just Kidding!

I'll have everything online when I get it done properly... yeah, I'm slow at putting thought to words. also to rephrase the important points so that it does not look like Shimron's. Though, the main point would still the be the same...

I just came back from going around with church friends, It's Christmas. Went for service at church, then, outing with with the usuals and unusuals to Sungei Wang Plaze. Roller Skated there. Fell and bummed many times. OUCH! On my butt. yeah. But I did try out a few tricks like back skating, and some other fancy ones. Then we went meet the French's kids. Went out to dinner with them at Murni's (i think that's how the name's spelled). The Food was awesome. The restaurant's located at SS2, somewhere near the famous SS2 Hawker centre. Behind the KFC row of shoplots. We then went to Hartamas to 'visit' the Lee + Kendra Family. 'Lepak'(ed) for a while there then headed home.

I was lazy trying to take any photoes. So, I'll have them post when I get them second handed from them friends later . Also, I'm dead tired... Goodnight!

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!

HAVE A BLESSED ONE AND FOR THE DAYS TO COME!

GOD BLESS!

I'm Lost

I'm lost, literally.

Here I am, looking around in my room. Stuff scattered almost everywhere. Thinking what to pack for the camp tomorrow - NO! later in the morning...

Running up and down searching for my use-once-a-year camp stuffs, my bags, which bag to use? Running off half way because I remembered something to grab. ARGH! packing can be stresfull.

I'm not supposed to bring too much stuffs. But how much is too much?

and

I tend to overpack stuffs.

pack and repack.

repack and pack.

Hopefully I got all the things right. and not left out some important stuffs.

I really should make a list.

I hope i left out enough junks.

See you guys after 5 days. I'll probably blog, then, about the (*boring) church's youth camp?

Curiosity Kills The Cat(or not?)

Curiosity is not a sin.

YES. It's now. period/or not?

NOT -

Yes, curiosity is not a sin, but(yes, there's always a but) we should exercise some control over.

Control our curiosity.

We are blessed with consience. We know what is right and what's not.

take for example, sex. yes. sex... the very common topic amongst all.

Kid, I mean children, can be quite curious about it. They may ask about it openly, unconcerned, about what they are about to know - the curiousity for knowledge.

It's not wrong you may say.

yeah, true, it's not. but what do parents think? (it's in this case only - because it concerns their child(ren).)

Well, most will agree that the knowledge be fed slowly to kids according to their age, but more acurately their maturity. Did you know? Porn causes children to mature faster hitting puberty at a younger age. Do you really want your child to mature that fast? Skipping all childhood they could enjoy, in their own carefree world...

Back to the topic.

I know my thinkings are a bit conservative. But it's for what I think is the greater good. Letting children enjoy the time that would never return instead of growing up so fast and get caught in the world's rat race.

~*~*~*~*~*~

Next as grown ups.

Should'nt we exercise more  control on our own curiousity?

That is - not knowing what when known will hurt us.

What's important is that, when you found out something because you were curious, there is no turning back. The knowledge would practically be BURN into your memory...

Take sex or porn for example(sorry it's the easiest example) you 'can' addicted to it if you watch it or be exposed to it.

So, as a general rule or make it one - We should exercise some control over our curiousity instead of being controled by it. We should be the master of ourselves, our thoughts, conscience and last, lust. Instead of being animals who act basically on their instinct.

Give it thought would you?

Ps: I know I'm a bit, no very, long winded, who find it hard to get to a point. that's me. sorry.?

Fast & Simple

Have a LOOK!

I found this in the newspaper.

And I tried it...

It's called 3MC2

It's a chocolate cake(so-called cake la)

here's how:---

(serves 2)

2tbsp melted butter

1tbsp water

1 egg

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 huge heap of cocoa(or Milo) powder

3tbsp sugar(reduce if it's too sweet for you)

1/4 cup flour

method:

Mix all the ingredients together and pour into 2 coffee mugs or small bowls. the mixture should be a little saucy, watery, and not too thick. cover with cling film and microwave on "high" for about 1 minute +. it could turn out abit spongy.

Best eaten warm, topped with ice cream or cream. You can also decorate with a small piece of real chocolate if you're serving children.

PS: my advise? add lots of cocoa powder of Milo, and use milk if u can to replace the water(or better dilute some condense milk with water/milk)

#from StarTwo(I forgot the date)

Happy trying!

Darn Smokers

I know it may be an over-discussed topic...

but I'd still like to vent out my frustration against these useless people... even though some of them may be filthy rich bastards

BLOODY HELL...

some people just like to pretend they don't know how to read...

or maybe the nicotine can tar got into thier head and meddle with parts of it...

CAN'T YOU READ?

no... my mistake... CANT YOU SEEE????  is simple sign language that hard to understand...

even though after all the conundrums and inuendoes... (did I spell them correctly?) was made... Even when people around these smokers cough loudly or pretend faint... were they that oblivoius of all these?

HEY!

there's now a syndicate which involve cigrettes

>>>><<<<<

Which is, Drugs... I don't know the details

Generally, they( the manufacturers) add in extra ingredients into cigrettes

then the put it on sale in some shops.

smokers who buy them then get addicted.. then when they try to buy the ones(cigrettes) from elsewhere, they find that they can't get that 'high' and flock back to the first shop to buy them...

I mean.. overdose of drugs can kill, if they are hard-core smokers?

smoking too much of these drug-filled cigrettes can cause overdose...

well.. you know the ending.

Conclusion?

Dont smoke.. with such advance society and over-money-minded, unscrouplous people trying to make money of things...

Not only you smokers, are a nuisance to other people. your just wreaking your health and putting yourselves in risk of such syndicate...

don't you think this is all not worth it..

if you're feeling stressed out, hit the gym or just do some exercise, like running up and down the stairs...

Away

Being away from KL was NICE!

I went to the country side, Sitiawan - where the origin of the famous Kampung Koh chilli sauce.

hmm..

I like it there, though the house was just beside main road connecting er.. i forgot the name..          well, buses and really fast moving cars are usually seen speeding along it...

Sitiawan is nice, at least, for me...

at least, there's hardly any jams there... compared to KL? and i got caught in a jam in KL coming back... that was really tiring, and sucky...

after exam can be really stressfull.

being in front of the comp can be stressfull too

thinking up of something to do is too...

haiz.. i better get a job and find some nicer and better and more mature topic to write on the blog...

Spring Cleaning - of 6th form stuffs

Stpm ended 2 days ago.

Being Malaysian, you HAVE to celebrate. just like any other ocasion..

so i hit the roads yesterday... returning not very late coz i was in front of the comp till the wee-bit morning.. dead tired..

and today...

finally,

i can get rid of all my stuffs...

all me notes, texts, e.t.c

begone!

so, I was sorting all my stuffs from the disposable to the non-disposable

look at how awful they were

I mean... it's not that my heart would ache to see all my hard-work gone... I'm not really into the subjects I took... they were all meant to get me into U.

And.. I doubt anyone could read all my scribbles...

If Jia Von were to see this... (all the trees involved into making, and using of my materials)            I wonder... hmmm.. it would be nice to speculate... that brain and thinking of hers...

compare to my brother's compilations of SPM stuffs?

haha... read up my next post.. I found it in The Star...

Quite practical and wallet-friendly for lovers of it...

The Light

It was a silent night, like everything was in a great deep sleep. The moon and the stars from heaven was hidden behind the massive clouds. Darkness descended. No crickets chirping, no frog croaking. It was dead silent.

A wisp, fuzzy, sparkling and blur-blue light appeared out of nowhere on to a stone pathway a few feet away from a not-very-visible gate of a double-story cottage-house.

Something was materializing on that spot, where the blue wisp of light appeared. From the ground, the wisp started swirling upwards, leaving first the feet in hard, black leather boots. Then came the calves, the thigh and up to the buttocks. After which the waist came. From the waist downwards, the parts were muscular yet slim at the same time. Then came the abdominals, the chest and shoulders, muscular – not those too bulky or whatever – and lean, totally proportional and well-balanced both upper and lower part of the body. In eyes of many, a very very well built body. It was clothed in a suit of tight tunic appareled for traveling, hugging it to reveal all the amount of muscle, protected and kept warm.

Lastly, before the wisp-ing light disappeared heaven-bound into the thin air, a head was left on the shoulders, in place of the wisp.

The head was covered with slightly long, milky, chocolate brown hair, touching the shoulders. The complexion was pure beauty, fair and glowing healthily, even in the dark. Thick and well-shaped eyebrows above the pair of liquid sapphire irises with dark eye lashes protecting the balls of white. A sharp yet not very pointy nose and thin lips. The whole thing added together portrayed an unusually amiable personality the stranger possesses, not something bad but something wonderfully beautiful, splendid.

He looked buffeted, must be because he had just arrived from somewhere happening, chaotic. Alas, who knows? Tangled on his facial expression was of fatigue, and of contend.

The stranger started towards the cottage-house. He mouthed something before and after entering the compound, repeating the same thing before entering the tiny building, not a glance anywhere else. Not even to the budding bushes along the path, not even at the huge white owl perched on one of the trees in the compound, starring curiously at this peculiar too good-looking young man. He went straight in to the house.

Inside, he carefully took off his long black cloak and hooked it on the stand beside the entrance.

A drastic change washed over his fatigued look to one that was of affection and pride as he turned towards the interior, the living room.

There, just beyond the tiny arch after the entrance, in the living room, laid two boys, soundly asleep by the almost burned-out fire, cuddling in the sofa.

Quietly, he strode over to them and with his strong and muscular arms, picked them up,ever so gently without ever so much of disturbing them and carried them up a flight of stairs to their bedroom.

“Daddy’s home.” He whispered into their ears, as he laid them on their beds, making sure they were well snuggled.

As quietly as he came in, silently he went away. He left for his study, just the opposite of the children’s bedroom. Also, opposite his.

~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~
It was a long night but everything had gone well. He has finally managed to collect all the ingredients and materials. It took him long enough. All the hours spent reading out whereabouts of certain stuffs, researching recordings on ancient books, world maps, just to find out more about the secret of Mother nature herself. He is finally able to make It.

He had finally manage to procure a small tiny branch of Yggdrasil – a plant, a huge gigantic tree which holds the earth. The tree of power and wisdom which flows in its’ sap, from root to leaves.

According to Nightingle (the idiotic owner of a book he tracked down and found somewhere in a mouse-hole, who left the book in ruins. Not only did he dog-eared the pages, they where half-destroyed by woodlice, making it hard for him to read and decipher the recordings) , by using a small part of The Yggdrasil in anything that it was made into, the object would be bestowed with powers beyond anyone’s imagination. The knowledge and wisdom and powers from the ever so powerful tree made into a single human-made object. What glory it would give the bearer.
Already in his mind, he pictured a huge thick book, all prints in gold. Oh Yes! Finally! Finally, the book is finally going to be his. All just a second away, a click, a moment. He’s finally able to make it, The Family Book Of Shadows. That was how he had always imagined it to be. The power, knowledge and wisdom from the Yggdrasil as the core of the book, a very powerful central source of magic for the book. That was how he wanted his own book to be like. The best amongst the best.

The Book Of Shadows – A book recording of spells and enchantments, charms and jinxes, curses and potions, maps and atlas, information and knowledge, objects and rarity and wonders of the magical world.

Ancient wizarding families are known to have their own family Book Of Shadows, containing age-old powerful spells and sorceries. Though some prefer to keep it within the family while other boast it about. Other magical beings such as fairies, elves, globins, and other magical entities are also known to have their own version of the book but they usually prefer to keep it to themselves, guarding it, only amongst their own kind would they share it. It is also rumored that some vampire family especially those with huge covens have made their own Book Of Shadows, most probably with recording of their own history and magic of their own branch.
All the Books of Shadows in the world are one of a kind, similar it may be but no two are ever the same. Almost any sort of materials for a book can be made into a Book of Shadow, the usual sheets bind up in strings to treated leather with a normal spine. All in the hands of the maker. The makers’ creativity and innovativeness, and preference.

To the man in the room, the book was the start of his new family. An acknowledgement, a power, a status. The book is created in a way to suit it’s maker best. The size, the style of writing in it, the material it is made out of and the types of enchantment it holds. In some sense, unique. He had done a lot of research in making this book, his book The materials that the book be made of must suit his liking and also his family.

After many a sleepless night studying, he came to a decision. His book will be made of Rowan sheets, for it is known for it’s magical protection especially against fire and warding evil; interveined with sheets of Holly, a tree that is usually planted around homes to protect it from mischievousness of strangers, in this case to protect the text from falling into the wrong hands; bind in unicorn tail-string for it’s everlasting strength with a small branch of knowledge and wisdom as it’s core and finally, protected by diamond hard scales of the black dragon as the book’s cover.

He has also decided to use a complex branch of magic to double-bind this making. He has got readied come anti-rot potions, fire resistant draught and pest wards to threat the leaves of the book. He had also listed down the spells and enchantment that was going to be cast on to the book when it’s done. At the corner of the study, he had drawn some pentacles to seal everything into the Book of Shadows.

  His Book of Shadows.

With this book, he will have all the magic he knew recorded and will have all those still out there in the pages of his book one day. Recording would not be difficult. Just a flick of a finger and everything would be scripted down. Getting hold of the knowledge was the troublesome part. But no matter. He will get it eventually.

With everything in place, he muttered a simple spell to bind the rowan sheet interveined with sheets of holly in unicorn tail, further inserting the tiny branch of carefully carved to fit perfectly of Yggdrasil as it’s core before finally having the dragon hide to serve as the cover, the protection.

All the listed charms were cast onto the book, which was then soak in mixtures of potions, a shinny book devoid of any writings, laid inside the pentacle. It’s pages were fluttering from the lingering enchantments, glowing softly and warmly as it was dried. It will never get wet, never.
A pair of hands came carefully through the smoke and took up the almost consummated book and laid it carefully on a desk. A mini cauldron of gold was bubbling close-by.

With a phoenix tail feather quilt, the man dipped the point of the quilt into the boiling liquid gold and started engraving carefully in capitals and cursive onto the black book on the table, four words before continuing with five words after a huge space and finally, embedding a new emblem of his family crest on the black dragon scale-cover.

What really matter

What lies behind us and

what lies before us

are tiny matters

compared to what lies within us.

 - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Sad Sad Situation...

What's the point of complaining... when you know your in the wrong?

What's the point of shouting... when people can already hear what your wispering?

What's the point of being afriad of death... when you know you're gonna die one day?

What's the point of being sad.. when time is limited?

What's the point eh?

My Tribute

My Tribute
Verse 1
How can I say thanks
For the things You have done for me,
Things so undeserved,
Yet You gave to prove Your love for me.
The voices of a million angels
Could not express my gratitude.
All that I am and ever hope to be,
I owe it all to Thee.

Chorus
To God be the glory,
To God be the glory,
To God be the glory,
For the things He has done.
With His blood He has saved me,
With His power He has raised me,
To God be the glory,
For the things He has done.

Verse 2
Just let me live my life,
Let it be pleasing, Lord, to Thee,
And if I gain any praise,
Let it go to Calvary.
With His blood He has saved me,
With His power He has raised me,
To God be the glory,
For the things He has done.

I'm Just Being Me...

Lately, alot's been on my mind...

well..

truthfully, I'm not the very direct kind of person... I can't get straight to the point...

somehow... I think it's a habit.. particular difficult to change...

I do things with reason... no matter what the reason is.. hardly anyone will know?

who knows? maybe I will tell you someday...

right now.. what I'm doing is actually trying to shun any intimate relationship... though.. indirectly... some people infers it wrongly... I can't help it.. it's just me... My being who I am... or It's my subconscience doings...

literally, I'm not bothered... I never was bothered... It's just how my close friends think which worries me... I'm not giving them much information on how I'm being me... they'd probably missunderstood...

Hopefully, someday... yeah... someday... they will understand...

~!DEATH!~

~DEATH~
WHAT A WONDERFUL WAY TO EXPLAIN IT .

A sick man turned to his doctor as he was preparing to

Leave the examination room and said,

'Doctor, I am afraid to die.

Tell me what lies on the other side.'

Very quietly, the doctor said, 'I don't know.'

'You don't know? You're, a Christian man,

And don't know what's on the other side?'

The doctor was holding the handle of the door;

On the other side came a sound of scratching and whining,

And as he opened the door, a dog sprang into the room

And leaped on him with an eager show of gladness.

Turning to the patient, the doctor said,

'Did you notice my dog?

He's never been in this room before.

He didn't know what was inside.

He knew nothing except that his master was here,

And when the door opened, he sprang in without fear.

I know little of what is on the other side of death,

But I do know one thing...

I know my Master is there and that is enough.'

May today there be peace within you.

May you trust God that you are exactly

Where you are meant to be.

I believe that friends are quiet angels

Who lift us to our feet when our wings

Have trouble remembering how to fly.

saturday....

SATURDAY! 18th OF JULY!

but anyway.. manage to make full use of the time.. haha

there was altogether 6 rounds. each player had to play that many rounds, each round about 50 minutes.

Well.. i player only 3 rounds.. haha.. won 1.. caleb planned his death.

after that.. i went to time square.. with a bunch of Juniors. window shopping..

played an overpriced game of bowling.... RM 7!!! what the hell! + RM 2 FOR shoes...

crap..

anyway.. that was saturday... all in all... was just a waste of a half a good weekend...

Harry Potter

YIPPEEE!!!

A fan of harry potter finally got his almost dying wish to watch harry potter 6 - and got it..

well.. it was last week right?

16th of july...

i went.. with Kannen... it was cool.... I got the ticket for student price... RM7... HEHE^^

I won't talk much about the story... but..

it's kinda like someone telling u a whole 16 hours story(if u read it) into like 20 minutes...

it was really fast-paced.

In my opinion, som crucial scenes were cut... and the self-added scenes were just okay.....

many self made spells, the spells weren't as how I imagined them to be.. really... there weren't like red and green spells ad jinx and charms and casts.

Dumbledore's army and The Order Of Pheonix didn't have their fight.. really a turn down.. the ending...

well.. what's done is done... do you think there will be another remake?

PS: sorry for the late post.. i wasn't in good condition to blog for the pass few days...

Um...

Before anything,

I would like to firstly apologise to anyone whom I may have offended, am offending, and soon-to-be offended.

Well, after ages of not seeing or even smelling a durian up close, nor eating any, I got a shock of my life when I found out i could take the smell no longer... wondering what will happen if i partake it.

First thing that happened after my encounter with durian was really tragic, the smell overpowered me. it was like being swept by a wave of smell. filled my brains to the brim of what was like... I don't really know what that is.. the sensation... the feeling of vomiting. YUK! That happened out a a sudden. Eww?

*sigh* what could i do? not imune to durians anymore... really really lost the "feel" towards durians...

BUT! No regrets. There are plenty more of other fruits which i may enjou. aint't it? I won't die not eating durians. right?

Signing off~

Me or Not Me, But Everyone Else.

U know about how The Earth revolve around The Sun.

Most people know that.

How does one'e life revolves around other? Not only that.

How does one's life revolve around our surrounding? or the other way round?

How our surroundings affects us.

How people mode around us tend to have effects on our mood.

the truth is... this is only my thoughts...

When I think back, I realised how naive I was.                                                                                        I used to think everything revolves around me, suiting each and every tastes and wants.             Yet in a way, it does... Don't you think so? some of it are due to revolve around us.

Messy, right?

I think it was said that "what we can control, we control. what we cant, we accept."                       Instead of going against it?

For example, we may have planned to have a picnic on some particular day. Out of a sudden, the weather did not suit it. Plan canceled. Instead of complaing, why not think of other ways to have the picnic? aren't there bowling alleys that allow people to bring in outside food? or rather... just bring it in! NIKE : "Just Do It!"

anyway, what i actually wanna point out is that there are people who doesn't like certain situation, crowd or style. Maybe even what other people does! they complain, sulk and talk behind people's back. Their complains can vary from gossiping to back-stabbing. OUCH!

I mean, what I'm talking about is actually what i experienced - School Life. One of a headmaster of one of Malaysia's most famous school once said, " academic excellences is not a substitute for poverty in character" or something like that...

How do you react to a situation?

When you feel cold in your sitted place in the class room.Do solve the problem by switching off whatever's causing the chill?or move yourself to another spot which's not that cold.Or isn't better to bring a jacket? so that other who's not feeling the cold be comfortable...Instead of you being comfortable yourself and the rest of the crowd feeling unpleasent.

The question here is how many of you are willing to revolve around others? meaning to serve instead of being served.

*** this is actually a very wide topic. I'm merely talking from my own aspect of schooling life... No Offence!

Better than I Deserve.

Have u gone through times where u could have died of hunger?

have you experienced near deaths?

Have you known what would've happened?

>Yes?

>>No?

>>>Probably Not...

How do you usually answer when people ask the very common question?

"How are you?", "how do you do?", "how are you doing?"

"I'm good!", "Fine!", "Good Good!"

No thoughts of what you did a few moments ago...?

No thoughts of what what happened the other day...?

No thoughts on why you could enjoy what you have today...?

~*~

Well think....

What we have today is all because of God's grace, mercy, kindness, and significantly, Love.

.

We live in a sinful world.

Yet, when ask "How are you?", many can still answer that they are good...

Don't you think it's better then you deserve?

We Sin. With sin, live CANNOT be peacefull, live cannot continue.

Fights, War, Chaos!

Those who answered that your good?

Don't you think it's better than what you deserve?

God's punishment, His wrath, His anger.

He is the Judge, the King of kings, Lord of lords.

I really think "How Am I?" now is really better than what i deserve...

** This is just a rough idea of whats in my mind... heard about it in church. but i can't seem to recall the other parts.. it's something like Psalms 3.

anyway.. Something to for you to ponder upon...

> have a nice day!

PS : How are you?

You & I

Why am I still your friend?
When you have upset me so much,
ever so often.
Purposely or unintentionally.
~*~
I don't know.
I really love you,
yet I hate you at the same time.
I realised that I was never once joyous with you.
Yet I was at peace,
but it's getting depressing, internally.
~*~
I feel the rage coming.
I wanna trash around!
I wanna break something!
I wanna break your Damned neck!
Skewer you! Stab YOU! MURDER YOU!
~*~
You make me sick, so very depressed.
Make me weary, I can't hold myself together, almost.
Make me want, want you, so ever much more.
~*~
How can you be so mean?
So cruel! So evil! So amusing?
~*~
Downed, angryly,
I wanna shout & scream at you!
Fuck you! I Hate You! Go To HELL!
I . Love . You . . . ?
~*~
I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON!
What my feelings are for you.
Why did I have to meet you?
Why did I have to know you?
Why? WHy? WHY!?!
~*~
Please do tell me . . .
I beg you . . .
My Dear Friend...

The 5 Lesson

Five (5) lessons to make you think about the way we treat people.

1 - First Important Lesson - Cleaning Lady.

During my second month of college, our professor
gave us a pop quiz. I was a conscientious student
and had breezed through the questions until I read
the last one:

'What is the first name of the woman who cleans the school?'

Surely this was some kind of joke. I had seen the
cleaning woman several times. She was tall,
dark-haired and in her 50's, but how would I know her name?

I handed in my paper, leaving the last question
blank. Just before class ended, one student asked if
the last question would count toward our quiz grade.

'Absolutely,' said the professor. 'In your careers,
you will meet many people. All are significant. They
deserve your attention and care, even if all you do
is smile and say 'hello.'

I've never forgotten that lesson. I also learned her
name was Dorothy.

2. - Second Important Lesson - Pickup in the Rain

One night, at 11:3 0 p.m., an older African American
woman was standing on the side of an Alabama highway
trying to endure a lashing rainstorm. Her car had
broken down and she desperately needed a ride.
Soaking wet, she decided to flag down the next car.
A young white man stopped to help her, generally
unheard of in those conflict-filled 60s.. The man
took her to safety, helped her get assistance and
put her into a taxicab.

She seemed to be in a big hurry, but wrote down his
address and thanked him. Seven days went by and a
knock came on the man's door. To his surprise, a
giant console color TV was delivered to his home. A
special note was attached..

It read:
'Thank you so much for assisting me on the highway
the other night. The rain drenched not only my
clothes, but also my spirits. Then you came along.
Because of you, I was able to make it to my dying
husband's bedside just before he passed away.. God
bless you for helping me and unselfishly serving
others.'

Sincerely, Mrs. Nat King Cole.

3 - Third Important Lesson - Always remember those who serve.

In the days when an ice cream sundae cost much less,
a 10-year-old boy entered a hotel coffee shop and
sat at a table. A waitress put a glass of water in front of him..

'How much is an ice cream sundae?' he asked.

'Fifty cents,' replied the waitress.

The little boy pulled is hand out of his pocket and
studied the coins in it.

'Well, how much is a plain dish of ice cream?' he inquired.

By now more people were waiting for a table and the
waitress was growing impatient.

'Thirty-five cents,' she brusquely replied.

The little boy again counted his coins.

'I'll have the plain ice cream,' he said.

The waitress brought the ice cream, put the bill on
the table and walked away. The boy finished the ice
cream, paid the cashier and left. When the waitress
came back, she began to cry as she wiped down the
table. There, placed neatly beside the empty dish,
were two nickels and five pennies..

You see, he couldn't have the sundae, because he had
to have enough left to leave her a tip.

4 - Fourth Important Lesson. - The obstacle in Our Path.

In ancient times, a King had a boulder placed on a
roadway. Then he hid himself and watched to see if
anyone would remove the huge rock Some of the
king's wealthiest merchants and courtiers came by
and simply walked around it. Many loudly blamed the
King for not keeping the roads clear, but none did
anything about getting the stone out of the way.

Then a peasant came along carrying a load of
vegetables. Upon approaching the boulder, the
peasant laid down his burden and tried to move the
stone to the side of the road. After much pushing
and straining, he finally succeeded. After the
peasant picked up his load of vegetables, he noticed
a purse lying in the road where the boulder had
been. The purse contained many gold coins and a note
from the King indicating that the gold was for the
person who removed the boulder from the roadway. The
peasant learned what many of us never understand!

Every obstacle presents an opportunity to improve our condition.

5 - Fifth Important Lesson - Giving When it Counts...

Many years ago, when I worked as a volunteer at a
hospital, I got to know a little girl named Liz who
was suffering from a rare & serious disease. Her only
chance of recovery appeared to be a blood
transfusion from her 5-year old brother, who had
miraculously survived the same disease and had
developed the antibodies needed to combat the
illness.. The doctor explained the situation to her
little brother, and asked the little boy if he would
be willing to give his blood to his sister.

I saw him hesitate for only a moment before taking a
deep breath and saying, 'Yes I'll do it if it will
save her.' As the transfusion progressed, he lay in
bed next to his sister and smiled, as we all did,
seeing the color returning to her cheek. Then his
face grew pale and his smile faded.

He looked up at the doctor and asked with a
trembling voice, 'Will I start to die right away'.

Being young, the little boy had misunderstood the
doctor; he thought he was going to have to give his
sister all of his blood in order to save her but he had chosen to save her anyway.

'Work like you don't need the money, love like you've never been hurt, and dance like you do when nobody's watching.'

All About Gender.

The Silent Treatment

A man and his wife were having some problems at home and were
giving each other the silent treatment.

Suddenly, the man realized that the next day,
he would need his wife to wake him at 5:00 AM for an
 early morning business flight.

Not wanting to be the first to break the silence (and LOSE),
he wrote on a piece of paper, "Please wake me at 5:00 AM."
He left it where he knew she would find it.

The next morning, the man woke up, only to discover it was
9:00 AM and he had missed his flight.

Furious, he was about to go and
see why his wife hadn't wakened him, when he noticed a
piece of paper by the bed.

The paper said, "It is 5:00 AM. Wake up."

Men are not equipped for these kinds of contests.

 WIFE VS. HUSBAND

A couple drove down a country road for several miles, not saying a word.

An earlier discussion had led to an argument and
neither of them wanted to concede their position.

As they passed a barnyard of mules, goats, and pigs,
the husband asked sarcastically, "Relatives of yours?"

"Yep," the wife replied , "in-laws"

 WOMEN'S REVENGE...

"Cash, cheque or charge?" I asked, after folding items the woman
 wished to purchase.

As she fumbled for her wallet I noticed a remote control for a
 television set in her purse.

"So, do you always carry your TV remote?"
 I asked.

"No," she replied, "but my husband refused to come shopping with me,
and I figured this was the most evil thing I could do to him legally."

 UNDERSTANDING WOMEN...
 (A MAN'S PERSPECTIVE)

I know I'm not going to understand women.
I'll never understand how you can take boiling hot wax,
pour it onto your upper thigh, rip the hair out by the root,
and still be afraid of a spider...

 W O R D S...

A husband read an article to his wife about how many words women use a
 day...
 30,000 to a man's 15,000.

The wife replied, "The reason has to be because we have to repeat
 everything to men..."

The husband then turned to his wife and asked, "What?"

 CREATION...

A man said to his wife one day, "I don't know how you can be
so stupid and so beautiful all at the same time."

The wife responded, "Allow me to explain.
God made me beautiful so you would be attracted to me.
God made me stupid so I would be attracted to you !!!"

 WHO DOES WHAT....

A man and his wife were having an argument about who
should brew the tea each morning.

The wife said, "You should do it, because you get up first,
and then we don't have to wait as long to get our tea."

The husband said, "You are in charge of cooking around here
and you should do it, because that is your job, and I can
 just wait for my tea."

Wife replies, "No, you should do it, and besides, it is in the Bible
that the man should do the tea."

Husband replies, "I can't believe that, show me."

So she fetched the Bible, and opened the New Testament
and showed him at the top of several pages, that it indeed
 says.........."HEBREWS"

God may have created man before woman,
but there is always a rough draft before the masterpiece...

** this is just a joke eh....

I was supposed to foward it through mail.. but then... well.. I got lazy.. so i copied and paste it..

enjoy!

The Mayonnaise Jar

The Mayonnaise Jar
by Author Unknown

When things in your life seem, Almost too much to handle,
When 24 Hours in a day is not enough,
Remember the mayonnaise jar and 2 cups of coffee.

A professor stood before his philosophy class

And had some items in front of him.
When the class began, wordlessly,
He picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar
And proceeded to fill it with golf balls.

He then asked the students, If the jar was full.
They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured
them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly.
The pebbles rolled into the open Areas between the golf balls.

He then asked The students again
If the jar was full.. They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand

And poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else.
He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded
With an unanimous 'yes.'

The professor then produced Two cups of coffee from under the table
And poured the entire contents Into the jar, effectively
Filling the Empty space between the sand.
The students laughed.

'Now,' said the professor, As the laughter subsided,
'I want you to recognize that This jar represents your life.
The golf balls are the important things - God, family,
children, health, Friends, and Favorite passions –

Things that if everything else was lost

And only they remained, Your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter Like your job, house, and car.

The sand is everything else --
The small stuff.

'If you put the sand into the jar first,' He continued,
'there is no room for The pebbles or the golf balls.
The same goes for life.

If you spend all your time And energy on the small stuff,
You will never have room for The things that are
 Important to you.

So...

Pay attention to the things That are critical to your happiness.
Play With your children.
Take time to get medical checkups.
Take your partner out to dinner.

There will always be time
To clean the house and fix the disposal.

'Take care of the golf balls first --
The things that really matter.
Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.'

One of the students raised her hand
And inquired what the coffee represented.

The professor smiled

'I'm glad you asked'.

It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem,
there's always room for A couple of cups of coffee with a friend.'

Please share this with other "Golf Balls"

I just did.....

Happy Easter!

I'm tired...

so everything's gonna be like a dream...

I saw them bloom ~ the clouds over me.

and it came pouring down, I was drenched!

Oh what luck, have I got today.

I bathed and changed, with complaints.

I wasted and waited, I don't know why.

The day was over in just a glance.

and here I am, writing and typing,

of what this is, I do not know.

I'm tired and bored, almost dead so sick.

I'm sighing and lamenting, my tongue so dry.

Though my being is so, I still wanna wish.

Wish you guys a very Happy Easter!

The day Jesus rose from the dead to join Our Father in Heaven.

Amen.

Good-bye~

I SAW!

I saw something today... during my journey to tuition...

violence.

the thing that shocked me was people actually enjoy it...

no joke.

have you ever laugh when someone made a mistakes which hurts them? even though it was just banging into something unintentionally...

do you think it's funny being hit even though it's just a small part of the body? e.g. head, butt, e.t.c

or! among friends... u hit each other.. just for the fun of it...

I realised...

that among youngster... mostly, well.. actually, the public, enjoys looking at people suffering...

I saw... someone, well they were in this gang, they were pushing each other around, hitting one another... well practically hitting one another.. be it the head, the back, the stomach... what kind of joke is this? and they were laughing at each other... rather loudly...

what more... when they sat at to rest.. one of them squarted on the floor... and the rest of the      gang were like knocking him with their hands, punching, using the knukles to like screw him(that was how i saw it), hitting his head, and laughing their heads off...

i thought i saw the evil grin they had on their face...

how can people with morale tolerate such stuffs...? with religion more so.

these sort of act should be under ragging, bullying and most importantly, considered violent.      It was sickening, seeing people laughing so heartily while hitting their friend.

are they really your friend?

do you have friends like that?

argh!

the fact is.. this is indeed a disgusting world.. what to do?

It's Good Friday....

Good Friday ~ holiday.... well for my school, that is..

i'm actually trying to get all the info into my head.. econs, business, bM...

argh! but i'm failing badly...

die la~ die la~...

there is just too much to absorb....

i wonder how will i be able to do my STPM...

so.. i'll stop here and figure out what to do next... May God Be With Me...

Happy Easter..

Baptism and Church...

I don't have my Bible with me now.. argh!.. sorry if i got the facts wrong?

ok.. no.. that's somewhat wrong...

OK la.. i have made some notes....

lets' ask a few question....

Q1. Is there a command to be baptized?

well.. there is.. it's in Mark 16 : 15-16, Matt 28 : 19       (King James Version)                                   mark 16:15-16 :- And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
16: Now as he walked by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.

Matt 28:19: Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

A: SO.. there is ACTUALLY a command from God to actually be baptized....

You may ask... What is baptism?

From wikipedia... lazy to er... find the details...

In Christianity, baptism (from Greek baptizo: "immersing", "performing ablutions")[1] is the ritual act, with the use of water, by which one is admitted as a full member of the Christian Church and, in the view of some, as a member of the particular Church in which the baptism is administered.

See.... when u get baptized.. you are actually baptized INTO your LOCAL CHURCH... also.. INTO the universal church...

Local church means.... :- the church your in currently...

Universal church means: - being a christian. As you know.. there are many denomintions in the world... and all of them called themselves Chirstians.. so... this is mainly because... hmmm. how do you put it? where... we.. call ourselves Christian but come from different background... also... Christians around the world are as ONE, in the Universal church... haha

er.. i think i'll stop here...

coz u see... i don't have much time left with the comp and i have some assignments to finish.. so... let's have the next question for u to ponder...

Q2. Does it mean that without baptism, one cannot be saved? Why?

think about it... haha... off i go!

Friday, 3 April 2009

Oh well... what will be, will be...

I guess it's God's will that Najib's the PM... lets' hope he's a better one compared to the one before him?

er... how am i?

i'm good... my shoulders' hurting a little... alot of stuffs to carry to school nowadays...                    haiz... too bad la...

anyway... i've been swimming.. quite regularly, almost every friday... that's good right?

i also started tuition... business and econs.. don't wanna fail any of them.. nor just getting a pass... have to score... argh! dificult!

i got only 71% for MUET... that's just trails.. POOP!

hmm.. 30++ for econs... that's really bad... i cant' seem to get the points right..

60++ for business... 40.5/50 for paper 1 and 18(ONLY!) for paper 2!!! damnit!

general paper.. 55% only.. crap la..

my BM.... at least there were some improvements... i failed last year.. but not too good either.. 40++ that's a fail! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....

oh well... i know i've been lazy... but i do study.. not much... well.. BUCK UP! U BLOODY MORON!

CIAO!

i'm tired... after a whole day out....

Cancer - John Hopkins

Excellent article on cancer. Pass it on.

AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY AND
ELIMINATE CANCER, JOHNS HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO TELL YOU THERE
IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY .

Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins:

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few
billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are
unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.

3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumours.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies... These could be due to genetic, environmental,
food and lifestyle factors.

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6.. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow,
gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size... However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not
result in more tumor destruction.

9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence
the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer
cells to spread to other sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

WHAT CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like
NutraSweet, Equal,Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses
but only in very sma ll amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in colour. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and
substituting with unsweetened soy milk, cancer cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than
beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline
environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach
down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to no urish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try
and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at
temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C)...

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties.
Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

12.. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrified
and leads to more toxic buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of
cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the
body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the
body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger,
unforgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax
and enjoy life.

16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular
level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

Counting Down 60Earhtly hours

Malaysia Counting Down to Earth Hour
Corporate Malaysia, Iconic landmarks and Celebrities join hands to fight against Climate Change

Kuala Lumpur – Imagine a major part of Kuala Lumpur turning its lights out almost simultaneously for one hour. A city in darkness would definitely get the town talking on what all the fuss is about. On 28 March, Malaysia will be taking part in a global movement to stand united with 1000 cities and its peoples for Earth Hour by switching off non-essential lights for one hour. Earth Hour, which will take place on 28 March 2009, 8.30pm to 9.30pm (local time), is aimed at promoting awareness to fight against climate change.

‘“The act of switching non-essential lights is a simple and effortless step that every person can take that can trigger a huge positive impact against climate change. The message we are trying to give is that every person, by taking a small action such as turning off a light, can make a huge difference in the fight against climate change””, said WWF Malaysia Chief Executive Officer, Dato' Dr Dionysius Sharma.

Earth Hour is an initiative started by World Wide Fund For Nature (WWF) in
2007 in Sydney, Australia. Last year 50 million people across 35 countries took part in this movement. This year WWF is targeting 1 billion people worldwide - individuals, government and corporations alike and WWF Malaysia is joining the ranks to lead Malaysians to be part of this global action.
“Humanity is not in a position to allow our activities to warm up the planet. Much is at stake; biodiversity, our loved ones and ourselves. Let's start with an hour and stop only when we have created hope for planet Earth”. Dato' Dr Dionysius Sharma further said.

Todays launch kicks off WWF Malaysia’s drive to muster the support and participation of Malaysians, targeting at least 5 million individuals and corporations as well as building owners and the government.

One of Kuala Lumpur’s most iconic landmarks, The KL Tower has graciously offered their support to the Earth Hour movement by providing the venue for the launch of Earth Hour today as well as for the Earth Hour event on 28 March. "Menara Kuala Lumpur, under it's Tower of Hope programme, is committed to raise awareness on climate change and being the first monument in Malaysia to participate for this cause, we would like to call upon other buildings in this country to do the same." said Dato' Zulkifli Mohamad, Chief Executive Officer of Menara Kuala Lumpur.

Dato' Dr Dionysius Sharma added “We are ecstatic that KL Tower has pledged their support for Earth Hour and we are hoping to get our world famous KLCC Twin Towers to be involved as well. Other iconic landmarks around the world such as the Taipei 101 tower in Taiwan and Dubai’s Burj Al Arab have already pledged their support for this cause”.

Meanwhile local celebrities have also joined hands together with WWF Malaysia to lend their support to drive this cause to the masses. Among celebrities and personalities who have confirmed their participation for Earth Hour are Zainal Abidin, Alex Yoong, Karamjit Singh, Stephanie Chai, Lina Teoh, Shebby Singh, Daphne Iking, Sharifah Amani, Sarimah, Sazzy Falak, Rina Omar, Aishah Sinclair and Lyn Lim. These celebrities will participate in promotional events leading up to Earth Hour. Malaysia’s very own famous film director, Yasmin Ahmad has been appointed to as the Ambassador of Earth Hour. Her appointment is very appropriate with the movement’s theme of unity as her films echoes the same message as well.

Even individuals have come forward to provide rallying assistance. Thanks to the generous effort of one of Malaysia’s corporate leaders – Dato’ Johan Raslan President of ICRM, many companies have come forward to pledge their participation in Earth Hour. Dato Johan said, “Supporting Earth Hour by switching off the lights is so simple to do. It is just a small step in the longer journey to raise awareness of climate change. By participating, corporate Malaysia is sending a resounding message that we are serious about sustainability”.

On the media front ASTRO, Media Prima and RTM – pledging to provide air time to run Earth Hour commercials and promotions while at the same time dedicating slots in their talk show programs to promote this initiative, with 8TV pledging to halt transmission of all programs for an hour. “8tv is honored to be part of this momentous event. As a leading media company, and more importantly as citizens of the world, it is our responsibility to help raise awareness towards the need to take action against climate change. 8tv is committed to the message of Earth Hour and will take its first step by reducing broadcasting time by one hour starting from the 1st of March 2009.
And in support of Earth Hour 2009, for the first time ever in tv broadcasting history, 8tv will shut down tv transmission from 8.30pm – 9.30pm on March 28. This transmission shutdown, done during our peak prime-time hour, will send a strong message to all Malaysians about the need to slow down climate change.” said it’s 8TV’s Chief Executive Officer, En. Ahmad Izham.

Earth Hour has been a huge success – first in Sydney alone in 2007, and then globally last year and it is a testament to show that the simple act of people switching off their lights can make a resounding statement for a worthy cause.

Malaysians from all walks of life are strongly encouraged to be a part of this global movement and make a difference in the world that we live in.
Sign up for Earth Hour at www.earthhour.org/ and make a pledge to switch off your lights now.

The Pastor's Ass

The
Pastor's Ass

The pastor entered his donkey in a race and it won.
The pastor was so pleased with the donkey
that he entered it in the race
again, and it won again.

  The local paper read:

  PASTOR'S
ASS OUT FRONT.

The Bishop was so upset with this kind of publicity

that he ordered the pastor not to enter the donkey in another race.

The next day, the local paper headline
read:

BISHOP
SCRATCHES
PASTOR'S
ASS.

This was too much for the bishop, so he
ordered the pastor to get rid of the donkey.

The pastor decided to give it to a nun in a
nearby convent.

The local paper, on hearing of the news, posted
the following headline the next day:

NUN HAS BEST ASS IN TOWN.

The bishop fainted.

He informed the nun that she would have to
get rid of the donkey, so she
sold it to a farmer for $10.

The next day the paper read:

  NUN
SELLS ASS FOR $10.

This was too much for the bishop, so he ordered the nun to buy back the
donkey and lead it to the plains where it could run wild.

The next day the headlines read:

NUN ANNOUNCES HER ASS IS WILD AND FREE.

The bishop was buried the next day.

The moral of the story is . . .

being concerned about public opinion can bring
you much grief and misery . . even shorten your life.

So be yourself and enjoy life.

Stop worrying about everyone else's ass and
you'll be a lot happier and live longer!

I don't know whether this is sensitive or not..

Who cares? if something i talk about is sensitive or not?

If it is.. don't read then...

today's topic.... PORN.

sadly, most of us.. or i can say 99.99% of us are exposed to it... notice the "ed"

hmm.. it's actually wrong... u may ask why...                                                                                             let me explain? it's because it's actually being selfish...

no? u still don't see it....

do u know what is gratify?

watching porn not only shows that u support these kind of stuff... but you actually get addicted to such things... not true? ask yourself... especially guys..

but u may say... it's normal..

"Everyone watches it!" "It's "NOT" normal for one to "NOT" watch it..."

is it really that true?                                                                                                                                   Not only your spoling your own mind... coz your mind actually developes earlier and faster... making ur more "adult" in the reproduction chapter of knowledge.... and many other parts of life gets left behind..

The reason why I say it's a way of man-kind being selfish is because.. when you watch porn.. you're actually satisfying your flesh's lust... meaning... it's your body which wants it... not your mind.. or heart.... it's actually the instinct which drives you to do it..

Meaning... your just being selfish in watching porn... I don't care what you think.. this is what i think....

another one is masturbating...                                                                                                                 It's also the selfish nature of man-kind to do it...                                                                                  it's actually self-gratifying...                                                                                                                   You do it satisfy yourself.... true?

So in order to NOT do those stuffs... keep your mind clear of it...                                                         I cant' deny doing it myself.. but.. it's wrong..                                                                                  FIND something to do when your bored...

" and iddled mind is the devil's workshop"

Be vigilant! be around your friends... stay out in the open..

haha....  LOL!

this sucks...
