"Clay represents life; Plaster, Death; Marble , Immortality..."
how true is it?
hmm.. lets ponder upon this matter..
in religion - Christions and Muslim... it is said that humans were mould from clay by God's hand..
this statement can be found in the Bible... try looking for it in the book of Genesis...
Try abserving the picture below...

a life size model of the upper part of the body
life sized scalpture of a man
but then ... how does plaster actually represent death?
all of know plasters r white... for example.. the Plaster of Paris... after mixing the powder with water.... and having it poured into moulds... the results would be that the carft comes out white in colour...
other than that... you would sometimes hear people.. exclaiming so and so being as pale as plaster...
try looking at the picture below... carfts from the use of plasters

A plaster scalpture
the last one - marble.
marble represent immortality. touching marbles would give u the sense of coldness.. true?
marble is also hard...
legend has it that in the old times.. vampires used to exist... how true is it I don't know..
vampires... many describes them as cold and hard... like touching marbles with life in them...
well, based on this one legend alone.. i'd like to think that marble is a very suitable material used to represent immortality...
there also another theory,
Pagan Gods of the Greeks and other Ancient Civalisation are known to be immortal
Many of the statues of these Gods are found to be made out of Marble... contributing to the preserveration of these artifacts
Below, Models of marble

so cold.. so beautiful, never dieing...

Pagan Gods are known to be immortal. Therefore, carved and scapled out of marble.
Well.. how you want to interpret this theory is up to you.
This is really interesting.. haha
i guess that's all... for now..
PS: This is just my personal view on this matter....
